"Home is where one starts from. As we grow older the world becomes stranger, the pattern more complicated of dead and living. Not the intense moment, isolated, with no before and after, but a lifetime burning in every moment. And not the lifetime of one man only, but of old stones that cannot be deciphered." ----- T. S. Eliot, 1888-1965 "Four Quartets, East Coker" (1940)

Lisa, I love your chart. Can you share the instructions as to how you did it? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI just used FTM and used their descendant tree view and put in my own colors. I chose a straight descent from earliest Martin ancestor to me with birth and death dates only. Then I used Jing to crop the chart, pasted the chart into Paint and saved it like you would a photo. I think it might sound harder than it is but I use Jing and Paint so much that it is habit now.
