Treasure Chest Thursday: Dad's Woodcarvings

Above is just one of dozens of carvings my father did that are now dispersed among family. Dad carved mostly American Indians and wildlife both in wall relief and in the round (busts and full figure carvings). He won many ribbons and trophies over the years. Below is a photo of  Dad at a local art show with some of his carvings. My mother would also have a spot nearby displaying her beautiful water color paintings.
