"Home is where one starts from. As we grow older the world becomes stranger, the pattern more complicated of dead and living. Not the intense moment, isolated, with no before and after, but a lifetime burning in every moment. And not the lifetime of one man only, but of old stones that cannot be deciphered." ----- T. S. Eliot, 1888-1965 "Four Quartets, East Coker" (1940)

Lots of love in the photo. Thanks for showing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous photo. I wish I had one like that of me and my mom. She died about 35 years ago and I don't think there is a single photo of the two of us together.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful photo of a loving daughter and her mother. I do treasure any photos of mom and I together.
ReplyDeleteIf I was really good at Photo Shop Lori, I would photo shop you two together! Thank you for sharing this great photo Lisa, what a treasure.
